Paul Cutrone has over 18 years experience in occupational health and safety law, environmental law and workplace relations law.

Paul provides advice in the following areas; health and safety; coronial law; environment and community; governance; sustainable development and corporate social responsibility; and statutory inquiries.

Paul advises and represents clients at a local, national and international level in relation to compliance, risk management, investigations, enforcement action and legal proceedings.

Paul has advised and represented employers in over 100 workplace fatalities. He has overseen and managed a number of leading occupational health and safety cases involving successful defences. Paul has also successfully defended a number of directors, executives and managers.

Recently, Paul has been retained by key industry groups to advise in relation to key developments in the following areas:

Paul provides legal and compliance training and coaching to Boards, executives, managers, supervisors, employees and contractors.
